Sim babies need a lot of nurturing and attention if they are to develop well. Gamers will need to teach a baby how to walk and potty sure but also and more importantly for us here how to speak. The child will also play a lot and demand stories. Remember a baby = the beginning of your book in sims 2 (depending on which story you are telling)




Here young Google with his mom. What can one see in the background? yes. His dad, a recruit, snoozing...exhausted.

All good stuff for a teacher/learner of French. So practise your French with the baby/toddler and teach him/her something  new, or reinforce something so they acquire a new skill. (ego-boosting and useful for the student-teacher)

For play, well play with the child and why not invent a new toy for him/her. Must specify rules and regulations. Draw the new toy. Pedagogical tool.

The child demands stories? Read him one! I mean really read him one...What is it about? What is happening? (first introduction to children's lit) Build a library and take that child to the library...

Babies become toddlers that become children and teenagers etc and they need schooling from day one. Here is the beauty of sims 2 education..

And of course do not forget the expansion pack, sims 2 academie. They do go to college, some of them. I shall save simacademy for later ;)
